I mentioned below that I use Flash bond 300 for hard or impossible to sand areas. I especially like it on tractors, and inside door jambs on vehicles. I have never had any adhesion problems with it. Someone wanted to know where to buy it. I get mine from a local auto parts/paint dealer. Most any auto paint dealer should be able to get it. If you can't find any locally, I get mine in Bloomington, Il from Jopac Auto Parts. They don't have a website, but you can google them.
