Early 806 Farmall emblems different?

There is a 1963 806 around 2000 serial # on a local auction and the RH "FARMALL" plate is different than what I have seen before. Above Farmall is "MCCORMICK INTERNATIONAL". All of the other 06 and 56 plates I've seen just have MCCORMICK. Anybody have any info on the other plate?

Could have been one of options. Industrial, commercial (backhoe loader or such)or time for changes. Over 50 years later dosen't matter.

Farmall was a specific product line not an entire brand name. And it doesn't matter if it was 50 or a 150 years ago, authenticity is important to some people.

That?s something I never noticed - the small lettering above Farmall. I?ve got a 756, so Farmall is off the hood and down on the side panels. My tractor has a decal, I think it should have a chrome plate. Thanks for sharing - I find stuff like this interesting.

Wow, that is a neat discovery. On all the 806's I've ever paid attention to, it just says "McCormick."

I don't think it was "optional" because any 806 that wasn't a row crop had an "INTERNATIONAL" emblem on the side panel.

It may be an early serial number thing. A few years back I came across an early 806 with the cast hydraulic levers and RD injector pump, but it never occurred to me to look at the emblem.

i've got 3 806s, a '63 (sn 14xx), '64 (sn 13xxx), and '65 (sn 17xxx), and they all just say "mccormick." i've never seen one like this before.
