It is not a disc plow. It is a harrow plow. They typically don't work as deep as a disc plow.

Probably not as common as disc plows. Probably not that hard to find if you are somewhere they actually used them. I have no idea of value.

Looks like a 10 disk JD one way. Very common back in the fifties around central Texas . 8 disk were common also. Farmall H or Ford 8n pulled an 8 disk but it took a farmall M or an NAA with weigh to pull a 10. JD made a 14 disk with hyd lift that was very popular and could be pulled with an M just in one lower gear. I used a Fordson power major with my 14 disk.
Value is scrap value because of ground drive lift and hard to haul. If you tried to turn right the whole plow would flip over...BTDT

It's a IH disc harrow plow. Made back in the 1930's.
