I got all my sleeves honed out with a rigid hone and they are all very close to .030 tolerance up and down but my problem now is that my ring gap is to large over .020 I?m just looking for an oversized ring set the rings are the 3/32? with 1 1/4? ring does anyone know of a supplier that sells these I have located oversized rings from Hastings but they are for a different size compression ring I think 1/8?

Thirty thousandths is 10 times too much. .003 works. Hastings might find them for you. Jim

I?m sorry that was a typo I meant .0030 is what the piston skirt to sleeve clearance is now

Is that a 3 or 4 ring piston? If it has 3 compression rings I wouldn't worry about it. Just stagger the gaps.

What is your bore size?

The bore is 4? and my piston ring gap is right around .025 in all cylinders

Sealed Power # 5357KX is for each SP# 1696PA 4.0" piston 3- 3/32 rings per piston and 1- 1/4 inch oil ring per piston.
5357KX should be enough rings for 4 pistons.

Look at Hastings ring set 2C5220 for 6 cyl K6330 6 cyl Continental with Zollner 514B piston. Rings for 366 Chevy 3 15/16 bore in .080 would get you oversize compression rings. I have heard Hasting will make you a set in what ever size you want. Good luck
