Update 706 starter button

The first start of the day yesterday, I had to use the screwdriver trick. From then on, 706 gasser started perfectly every time
using starter button....

Standing on the ground 'shorting' the starter to start the tractor is a good way to get hurt,or even killed.DONT! Local guy did that a few years ago. He is no longer with us.

What did he start the tractor while it was in gear?? Only way I know that can happen. Shoot I start most of my tractor while standing next to them and almost never start then while sitting on them.

Not when it is in Neutral with the Parking Brake ON!

This was an older gentleman who had been around tractors all his life. No doubt he had jumped it many times before.Just one mistake of not checking first.

That is why I also always park them out of gear and do double check before starting.
