Super C clutch update

Thanks for everyones help to my post "Super C clutch questions". I split the tractor yesterday and found the disc worn down to the rivets. It was much easier than I thought, anyway I'm worried about the flywheel,it has grooves from the rivets grinding and several heat cracks. Where is a good source for a used flywheel? I don't want to put it back together with this flywheel.

Flywheels can be turned. Most any good auto parts store can do it while you wait. I know my local O'Reilly's does it for around $20 or so. Sometimes they have to take off enough that you have to shim it so that the throw out bearing hits the pressure plate fingers like they would when new but can be done. BTDT many time

Be sure they keep the distance from the flange where the pressure plate bolts on to the friction surface in spec. Both surfaces must be surfaced to keep the pressure on the disk correct. Jim

I'm afraid this one is too far gone to be turned..I don't like shimming the flywheel either. I think I'll keep searching for another flywheel

If I remember right it should be the same flywheel as on the A, B, C and maybe a few others. I might have one laying around since I have 2 parts Bs
