Schwartz Wide Front I.D. Help

I know this is an older post, but I?m trying to ID tie rod ends that are identical to the ones here. Can anyone help me identify a part number? Front end is on a John Deere but it?s defjnately not John Deere tie rods.
Any help at all would be appreciated.

Entire tie rod partially broken down. The actual ball joint is a to piece unit that has a cap that screws out and holds a ball joint in place.
