Grease for upper bolster

Rebuilding the front bolster on a Farmall 300. It has gun grease in the top around the gear. Is this correct or should it be oil or corn head grease? Thanks

Originally it had 90 wt. If your seal is good that's what I would use. However, You can make a really good mix of grease and 90 wt. with an electric drill
and a beater. It does not separate and won't drain out. Ellis

I use John Deere corn head grease, kinda "runny" but thicker than 90w.

go with the corn head or oil and grease concoction.
gun grease will never get to the sleeve below the sector.
greasing the lower bolster sleeve is easy but getting grease up to the lower bolster thrust bearing is a challenge.
I'm gonna try the suggestion as mentioned in a post below at my next maintenance time.
