IH 354/364 Utility PTO Linkage Removal Question

Trying to remove the PTO lever assembly from a parts tractor and not sure how to get it out. I saw there is a roll pin on the inside of the assembly but it is barely reachable when you pull it out of the transmission case. Anyone ever done this?? Pretty sure it is the same as a 404/424/454 utility too.

Hi, it is same tractor as B414,434,444,384.

I think you have to take foot rest off to tip the end with handle down to get assembly out.

Ok, so you don't think that I would have to remove that roll pen, and that whole assembly would come out without doing that.....as long as I remove the foot rest?

Hi RTR, I believe that removing foot rest is all that is required BUT I never had to remove the PTO lever even though we used
that series of tractors on are family farm for 30+ years.

Maybe someone on this board that has removed one will reply.

Did you check youtube?
