Farmall Super Cub??

I was reading on the web about Farmall Cubs. One website mentioned a "Super Cub". But doesnt say too much about it other than that it was made over seas in late 50s. Anyone ever hear of one?
 
Never heard of one being built in USA. IH did do some things differently over seas but I have my doughts about a Super Cub.

Looks like a St. Dizier, France build.

Studying the tractordata, it appears the redline was raised from 1600 to 2000 rpms, which might give it incrementally more horsepower without really doing any serious engine mods.
 
One of the planners of the 2009 Red Power Roundup in Madison, Wis in 2009 showed me his French Super Cub he brought home back about 2005. They really DO exist.
