How to remove the front wheel from my Farmall Model H

I am trying to replace the rotten front tire on my Farmall H. It has the single front wheel and I am not sure how to safely remove the front wheel to get a new tire installed. I would appreciate advice or video?

The process is to jack and block under the bell housing with wooden cribbing. This allows the front wheel to be off the ground,
Stay away from the oil pan, it will be destroyed. Once the wheel/tire is off the ground, removing the nut and pulling the axle
will drop the wheel/tire. They are heavy. Especially the solid cast center. Grease the zerks on the lower bolster while the
front dangles as it takes grease best then. The wheel runs on a plain bushing, so cleaning and relubing the hub and axle is
important. Jim

Thank you sir!! What front tire do you recommend? It currently has a rotting Goodyear 6.50-16

A tire like this, or * ply will hold up. well. A tri rib tire will be very much harder to turn when stopped than the multi rib
design. A narrow front setup, when turned rolls one tire forward, the other backward. A single tire must spin on its contact
patch. The ribs grip so well it can be tough to steer. My choice is multi rib. Jim

It is a lot harder to get the wheels off when they are all the way in, loosen both and wiggle, wiggle, wiggle.

Raising it up to grease the lower bolster bearing. Gonna have to try that.
Last year I had the vertical steering column on my M out for maintenance on the seals.
The lower bearing was in good shape considering the age. It had some grease in it.
I cleaned it and repacked it with grease. I just can't see how grease makes its way up to the bearing from that front grease zerk.

In my book, the lower bolster bearing is the thrust bearing and bushing above where the fork attaches with 4 bolts. Jim
