Farmall B Mower Belt Routing

I need to know how to correctly install a new belt on a Woods mower on a Farmall B. Drives off the belt pulley. I have a new B225 belt. Can someone please describe how the belt is mounted on the pulleys or direct me to a website that shows the belt alignment.

Ok,from behind the tractor, go to the middle spindle first the bottom sheave then to the left spindle,and across the middle spindle again in the middle sheave, then over to the right spindle, then back to the center again on the top sheave, and back to the drive pulley. Roll it on by hand works pretty good, but u got to keep the belt fiddle string tight.

i suppose that you bought a used mower. some of those cut left hand, but most cut right hand. it will depend upon that.
you have one long belt. some mowers have a belt on the deck and a drive belt.

start at the pto pulley. place the belt on the pto pulley and then under the idler pulleys and then to the center pulley on the mower. go around the the center pulley, (lowest groove) either left or right, depending upon which way the mower cuts. and then to the outside pulley, then back to the center, one grove up, then to the other pulley and then back to the center. then tighten idler pulleys. tighten belt really good, snug it up. make belt tight.

My instruction is for RIGHT hand discharge.

This would be a left discharge on a 306

Thanks for all your help to those that responded. I'm going to install the belt hopefully this weekend. Might have some more questions. Stay tuned.
