560 Diesel Throttle shaft orientation/clocking

Good morning. Long story short, I had to diassemble my Roosamaster pump to free up the plungers and had to replace the aluminum housing. During disassembly the throttle shaft in the top of the injection pump turned in relation to throttle arm. I would like to get it back as close as possible before assembling and reinstalling on tractor. Does anyone have any good pictures of the throttle shaft/manual shutoff shaft so I can get this clocked correctly? Or a setting to go by? Thank you in advance.

Mine is nearly vertical when against the high speed stop screw. I removed the stop lever, and made the changes inside to reach shut down with the throttle lever like 06 series do.
