Come across one the owner is letting me buy parts at scrap price before he hauls it to the scrap yard. Any value in the sheet metal. The hood and nose look pretty straight but rusty. Also, I was wondering about the radiator.

a whole tractor at scrap price would probably be around $350, so i would grab everything that is good off that tractor , mag, or distributor , carb, govenor, sheet metal , radiator, ect, and give him like 200 bucks

If you have a H or may own one in the future, I suggest you buy the whole tractor. "Parts" tractor are very valuable when you need a part.
I have about 6 F-20 "Parts" tractors and they have more than paid for themselves.

Would bring less than $300.00 here for scrap. Offer that for whole tractor and he doesn't have to haul to scrap yard, saving him time, fuel and driving in traffic.
