The core is common automotive. The housing might not be. A core can be replaced and new square tip installed. Check a good auto store. Jim

Thanks. Yes, not hard to find, just before buying a new one I wanted to check with board members. Kind of along the lines of who'd you prefer to do business with.

Thanks! Unfortunately the housing was mangled too. I think it got pinched by the battery when I put a new one in. Either way it self destructed.
