ok so i have a very late m, and at some point in the past the narrow front was changed to this wide front. i need to get a right spindle, but there is an early and late wide front and the spindles are different sizes. any ideas which one this is?

I believe that would be early type as the tie rods are on the front of the axle

All regular m?s would have that wide front the wide front with the arms in the back be late super m super mta 400 450 I have a m one of the last with the same wfe as yours what is the serial number of yours

mine is a very late 1952. has the front cover that will accept the live pump, a service meter and disc brakes. id have to look tomorrow at the serial number.

Yup mine is same I have one 295,xxx and one 298,xxx
