Farmall 350 fluids

I just bought a 350 farmall and I’m getting a manual but until then can anyone tell me how much engine oil it holds? And what the number is for the oil filter? Also how much transmission fluid does it take? It does have a T/A and independent PTO. Can I put gear oil in it or does it have to be hytran? Oh and how much antifreeze does it take? Thank you very much!

Should be 5 qts of oil.Oil filter should be (Napa)1172. Go buy 3 gallons of 100% (non premix). Now,listen carefully.....Pour in one gallon of antifreeze. Then pour in one gallon of water. Then, pour half the second gallon into the first (empty) container. Then fill each each container half with water.Pour that into the tractor. If the first 4 gallons of fluid does not fill the tractor(probably will),repeat with the 3rd gallon of antifreeze. What is leftover can be saved for future use.Be sure to label with a tag,"50/50 premix" to avoid future confusion. Good luck! Enjoy learning about and using your new tractor!

Delta - H and Super H all used SIX quarts of motor oil, I bet the 300/350 does too. M/SM/400/450 all used 8 quarts.

The independent PTO on your tractor has its own oil supply separate from the transmission. It holds 2 quarts. Fill it under the breather on top of unit to level plug on left side. Also there is a drain plug on bottom. Use HyTran or 10w Nondetergent oil.

I thought so I checked the plug on the side of the case and the level was good and the fluid didn’t look to bad so I’ll hold of for the time being
