A couple of questions:
What years did they come out?
How many main bearings on the crank?
What about the little Bs and Cs?

H and M were introduced in 1939. The crank in all letter series have 3 main bearings. There are no strength issues with this as long as modifications are not making extreme horse power above original. A B C Farmalls are either 113cid or 123 cid in the later years (the B and BN were dropped) when the C was introduced IIRC. Jim

The diesel version of the Letter series have 5 bearings on the crank. Not being a butt.
