lets talk about 04s

Yes, full coverage rear fenders that almost completely covered the tires, coming down the outside to within maybe a foot of the ground. Also had the front sloping shields often called "batwings" to deflect tree branches and a cowl over the operator.
The model OS-4 only shared the perforated hood with the O-4 model, but not all the other tinwork.

Here is a picture that I have with me for an O-4. The wheels are fully protected (or maybe the branches are fully protected) the tractor has side panels for the engine, the exhaust comes out beside the fan on the left-hand side, This photo shows the optional shield for the driver. The O-4 front wheels are very heavy solid centres to stop the front lifting as the O-4 had a very low ratio first gear. the one in the photgraph appears to have standard W-4 front wheels.

It looks like the side curtains go back to the back tires. it all opens back to the tires. Is this correct? Is there such a thing as finding the curtain and fenders? Thanks

I do not have m parts book available but I think the fenders are complete behind the rear end of the side curtain. the flair in the side curtain ahead of the wheels to to ensure that the branches do not get hooked up the front of the fenders.
