I received my operators manual for my B but still wondering if the PTO and belt pulley are oiled from the transmission oil or a separated reservoir. I see a drain and filler plug on the PTO so I assume it is separate. Just checking with y'all. Thanks for any replies.

There is a cannel built into the tranny case that div erts lube back to the pto drive but it can get plugged over the yrs but that is how the lube gets into the PTO drive

The fill plug on top of the belt pulley gear box is so you can add some 90 weight to pre lube it after changing the fluid. It would take some time for fluid to make it's way back there from the transmission. The small pipe plug on the bottom of the belt pulley gear box is to drain all of the fluid from that when changing transmission fluid.
