Hi i have a international 575 that has the Bosch VA4 injector pump. That came with the house I bought the injector pump has a pretty fast drip coming from one of the fuel lines going to it also the tractor well not go into high idle i tryed backing the high idle screw all the way out and still no response. I called a local tractor repair and they said it would be 600 to 1500 dollars. if anyone has an idea what might be good on with the pump i would sure appreciate it . Thank you

That pump is hydraulic governed, make sure the filters are OK first. How does the tractor start when hot? If it's hard starting when hot the injection pump hydraulic head may be worn. Just resealed a VA pump that needed drive shaft bushings, there are very few parts available for the VA AR, BR, and CR versions anymore..

Hi Zach, Is your tractor an IH 574 or 575? The 574 had a German Nuess D-239 Diesel engine with Bosch injection pump and the 575
very rare in North America had a Perkins Diesel engine with CAV/DPA injection pump.

A photo of engine including injection pump will identify.

As DT said, the pump is hydr. governed.. which means it relies on fuel pressure to do its job.
If its leaking, its either sucking air or not building the fuel pressure it needs to work properly.
Change the fuel filter & try to stop the leak..
DONT over tighten ANYTHING..
If the washers are leaking at the banjo bolts.. get new washers..
If that doesn't solve the problem, chances are the inj. pump needs some attention..
& its not something a casual wrench turner should tackle..
Good luck..
