Hydraulic Pump Buzzing

I have been noticing that my hydraulic pump has a buzz to it. When I pull the lever to lift the loader it goes away. Just seems to be when sitting idle. Is this normal or a sign of a problem?

Thanks

It could be that the hydraulics are going "on demand" when they should not. If the pump gets hot and there is noticable engine
loading when it buzzes, it is likely the pilot valve located in the regulator/safety block that is sandwiched between the rear
control valve and the reservoir. The on line parts manual will show this valve and strainer. It has an orifice drilled through
it. That orifice could be enlarged to .040" if the issue persists. It could also be a vibration of the metal pipes where they
touch the brackets or other parts. Good luck, they are easy to fix.Jim
