Super M Pistons

Bought a Super M last summer , runs well but the compression test was all over the place. Pulled the head, first 2 Pistons closest to the gas tank are good and are 4", 3rd one is a fire creater and is 4 1/8 . The last one next to the rad is pitted really bad as well as the sleeve. What's my options , replace all with 4", try to find 3 that are 4 1/8. What's the best way to pull the sleeves. Thanks

I was planning on rebuilding it but not right now. I was hoping to replace the Pistons and get it back up and running. It's got good oil pressure but I haven't got the piston and connecting rods out to check out the bearings

I would tare it down and build it from ground up using 281 pistons and sleeves.I would also rebuild clutch at the same time.

The kit without bearings on this site id ~120 or so. With high compression pistons and overbore. There is no advantage in money
or time at that price . The sleeves are pulled with a stepped puck that fits nder the sleeve and uses a 3/4" threaded rod and a
bridge to pull them up. Jim
