I have a 560 diesel when you open the throttle wide open it shoots anti-freeze out the cap but half speed it runs fine could this be a b;owen head gasket

Most likely a blown head gasket. Remove both fan and water pump belts, start the engine cold with the cap off and watch for bubbles in the radiator, has to be full just above the core tubes. Bet you see bubbles pretty quickly.

Could be a plugged radiator not letting coolant
circulate. Cores might be getting limed up.

My brother had this type of thing happen after
changing out the coolant.
He had to put distilled water [dehumidifier]
in with the anti-freeze to cure the problem.

Sounds more like what D.T. is saying.
Of course, the coolant thing is easier than the
head gasket by far.
