Bought another H.

A 1944 H that I did not need but could not pass up. It is still 6 volt. It is suppose to have transmission problems. Jumps out of second gear. I have been in a couple of other H transmissions, so it will not be new to me. I have the hood. Took it off to look at steering linkage. Paint is kind of rough. Will have to clean the tank and carb. Motor is free and PO said it did run but has not been run for about a year. Will have to get a draw bar after I get it going.

I had an H given to me about a month ago. Parts only but everything is there. It even has an early IH loader(#33?) on it.

Best ol tractor ever. Bought mine in '85, cleared off this old farm, plowed and planted and etc anc etc, retired her and have a shelf full of trophies and blue ribbon awards for Christmas parades. Both boys say they want it, so I don't know how to divide it up. Maybe I better buy another one too.
