1066 pto clutch

Need to replace the clutch pac. Tractor will be used to pull a 15ft batwing. Should I go with the HD clutch or standard? Any recommendations on where to buy from?

HeavyDuty..I'd buy from Joe at Redrunrite.Check out his website. Even has instructions to do the job.
 
Yep , i use the HD clutch pac on all the PTO's . It does not matter where ya get the clutch pac's from , what matters is what kind of shape the rest of the PTo is in . Are the teflon seals good , is the center housing in good shape where the two seals ride , how are the brake pistons , is either rear seal leaking , is the pick up tube damaged does the seal leak , what is the clutch lock up pressures hot , . So inother words you would be wise to take it ALL apart and inspect and replace . IF you have never done one and have no idea then you maybe money ahead and have someone that Really and truely knows what he is doing and has the tools to do one along with the proper test fitting and gause to set the pressure when the system is at operating temps not first fire cold .
 
i plan on getting the rest of it apart. Will probably replace everything. Have the fitting and gauge to check the pressure with
