F12 Book - Filling in the Gaps

My book "Instructions for Reassembling the Farmall Tractor Model F12" has damage to the back page. I have pieced the text together as best I can, but I am not sure I have it correct yet. Any ideas appreciated.
The text is as follows, with my guesses / additions in bold and a piece of missing text between … … :

[u:4833880b5b]Assembling Front Bolster Fork and Wheel[/u:4833880b5b]

1. Hoist or jack up the front end of the tractor, so the front wheel can be assembled.
2. The front bolster fork has two lugs at the top, located off-center. Assemble the fork to the shaft so that the lugs are closer to the rear than to the front. Use four 5/8" N.F. nuts and lockwashers.
3. Assemble the skid ring to the front wheel with six ½" x 1" machine bolts, nuts and lockwashers. (See Illustration No. 29 in regular Instruction Book.)
4. Back of the nuts and lockwashers on front axle, to insure clearance for fork ends.
5. Roll the wheel directly under fork.
6. Turn front axle so that slots or groo[b:4833880b5b]ves are facing for[/b:4833880b5b]ward.
7. Lower front end of tractor slowly, to [b:4833880b5b]allow fork ends[/b:4833880b5b] to slip over front axle, [u:4833880b5b]at the same time[/u:4833880b5b] holding dust sh[b:4833880b5b]ields… …dow[/b:4833880b5b]n, so that small lugs on dust shields are at bottom and fit i[b:4833880b5b]nto bolster[/b:4833880b5b] fork ends.
8. Insert to 3/8" x 2½" N.F. cap screws th[b:4833880b5b]rough hole[/b:4833880b5b]s in fork ends. It may be necessary to turn axle either way slightly to accomplish this.
9. Assemble nuts and lockwashers on cap screws and tighten them.
10. The sheet steel front axle lock washers have one end bent over. The ends should be inserted into openings at bottom of fork ends.

I came across the manual by chance. I can't find any trace of it in any internet search elsewhere. The book is in poor condition, but with some careful work scanning and removing marks in the digital copy, I should be able to print a new book.
I think that paragraph 7 might actually read:
"Lower front end of Tractor slowly, to allow fork ends to slip over front axle, at the same time holding dust shield in position so that small lugs on dust shields fit inside bolster fork ends."

Here is the front cover of the book. So far the only one I have ever seen.
