What plugs and gap should I use on my H.Now it has Champion D21

Lot of guys don't like Champion plugs but I have D21 plugs in all my tractors and don't have a problem. You definitely have to have a hotter plug than that listed in the manual to run todays gas. If the D21's are working for you I wouldn't change them.

gap is 0.025. My self I have been switching all my tractor to NGK plugs because they seem to hold up lot better then the champ do now days

Spark Plugs are kind of like pickups - everyone has their favorites. Some people like Chevy's and some like Ford's. Whichever works the best for you is good. I've been using Autolite 3116's, and had very good luck with them.

I prefer Champion D-21's and I also have decent results with Autolite 3116's.
