BN Governor

I have my governor apart and need some help. The pin at the front that rides against the housing was stuck and I needed vice grips to get it
out. There is only one pin which is frozen to the spring. I have cleaned that up and it slides in and out freely now. Shouldn't there be two
pins? Been awhile since I had one apart.
Also the rockshaft is catching on the pin below it which seems badly worn. Is there a good way to fix that?
Are bushings/bearings/seals for the shafts available to repair the slop in the governor shaft and speed change shaft? Gene B had a solution
for some of this but I don't remember it.
I will call my local dealer in the morning to see what I can get but would like some ideas from you all too.

Thank you
Dave

There is only one spring which holds the gear in place. Rockshaft pin will not bind when the gov is installed as the movement of that shaft is held in place when hooked to the link going to the carb. I bore that hole to 5/8with a reground 5/8 mill cutter that was sharpened a couple thous undersize then press 5/8x1/2 brass bushing in place that will remove the slop on the input shaft new gov spring with hooks toward the housing then set the linkage to the carb and throttle response will be like new again
