PTO is not working. Finally got the plug out from the bottom of the pto valve. It didn't fall out and is moving up and down when I work the lever. Took the top link hitch cover off and the shaft going to the pto is turning with the tractor running. Need to get a fitting to hook my gauge up to pressure test. When I do that, is there a way to determine whether it's the pump or the valve. If I've missed any thing else please let me know.
