Hello - have a question on bore size in a 1941 H . had #3 cylinder stuck - so i got the piston / rings out ( the rings were rusted to sleeve and stuck in piston lands ) the sleeve below the piston didnt clean up after honing and so I remved that sleeve --- my question is before I order parts from this site is on measuring the bore in cylinder block to make sure i order the correct parts .. the bore of the cylinder block is 3.560 = 3 and 9/16 inch . the inner bore of the sleeve is 3.370 = 3 and 3/8 inch --- as i look at parts on this site i see the sleeves advertised as an OVERBOAR of 3 and 7/16 which really the inner boar of my sleeve -- can any one help shed some light on the terminology of OVERBOAR ?? why arent the measurements of the sleeves given in OD and ID ?? just wanna make sure im ordering the rite parts first ime around !! thank you .
