What do you ink it is worth?

I am looking at a 1972 International Cub. It comes with disc, harrow, belly mower, and snow plow. I was told it runs but probably needs a battery. It had new points installed last year. What is it worth?

condition adds to or takes away from. tires are a large item. if tires a new or good, this will add to the worth. paint job, etc, also adds

For my 450 the tires were the deciding factor, after I learned what they cost. Guess it matters what you want it for, what it'll do for you. You can always offer more... hard to come down on a buying price.
Good luck.

Based on photo. If it runs well and will can keep mower running in grass then about $1500 in the southeast. That's assuming tires good. If it
needs work. $6-800.

A guy at work bought 1 with a front mounted snow plow last year. It cost him $875.00. Little tractor has
like new tires and runs good. Good luck with your purchase.

Setting out in the weather, not running... No more than $750 if the engine is free. Less if it's stuck. Without being able to see it run, see if it leaks, see if it smokes, see if it knocks, see how much oil pressure it has... you could be buying a paperweight.

If all it needs a battery, why doesn't he put a battery in it? $20 will get you a perfectly adequate battery for a Cub. All it needs is a cheap lawn mower battery. Getting it running would double the value.

I gave $1,600 for mine with disc, single bottom turn plow, and sickle bar mower. Had good tires, paint, and was running. This one should be worth more with belly mower.
