Dunham Lehr

I have a 560 IH and would like to mount a Dunham Lehr Loader on it. Is this possible? Any pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I've got a dunham lehr 22 loader on my 400, I originally bought it for my M brand new way back when. Do you have the mounting brackets for it? What's it off of? The brackets for a M, 400, 450, 560 are the same. I run mine off of the tractors pump and valves and it works fine. If you've got three valves one of which is for the fast hitch then you are good to go. It would be fairly easy to make mounts for it if you need to, google dunham-lehr 22 loader for pictures If you can't find good pictures I could take some later this weekend if needed as a last resort.

I have the side brackets that mount to the side rails, also the front bracket. It is on a 170AC. It is really hard to mount, it is like not high enough when the stand of the loader is sitting. Maybe the lip of the front mount should be extended. I am wondering if it will be the same with the 560! I would sell the 170, I really do not need it. Any more information would be appreciated, Pictures would be great. Thank you so much

I took some pictures but i'll have to get my son to show me how to get them from my phone to the computer when he gets home.

The width of the tractor at the frame rails will be your main concern. If they are the same then all you need to do is get the brackets lined up and drill some holes to match the tractor.

If the AC170 is wider, you can put spacers between the frame and the brackets on the 560, or even install full-length plates on the 560 frame and weld the brackets to that.

If the AC170 is narrower, you're stuck making new brackets.

Take careful measurements, especially the distance between the front and rear brackets on the 170, before you take them off. You need to keep the same distance between the front and rear brackets on the 560.

I have. D-L 22 loader on my IH 504 and can say it is tricky to get on. You need to tilt the bucket while raising or lowering the loader to get it on. Also make sure your legs are not bent. Mine had an indent in them from the pin that would allow the legs to lean further back, allowing the loader to sit lower and run into the front axle.
