Plumbing a loader on a 1256

Has anybody ever used the port next to
the pilot relief valve for a supply
for a loader? Seems like I've heard
of it being used, but can't remember.
If a guy was to use it where would you
return the oil?

Use a power beyond add to the valves under the seat if you want to use the scv's out the back for other things while the loader is on. That is the way most of them are plumbed up. You will need a separate valve for the loader with the power beyond set up. Otherwise you can just use the hoses in the back and the levers beside the seat.

Some 56 series had outlets under the platform on both sides left and right.

Take off the top link plate and there should be room to drill and tap for a return fitting. I saw it done many years ago
