Hi all my name is Heath. I'm new to this thing but I purchased a Car Farmall with a belly mower and I've been doing some work to it. The problem I ran into is that the touch control housing was busted in the front so I purchased a used one from a junkyard. My question is should I be able to move the cylinders in and out by hand or not. Just wanted to check before I put it on thinking it just needed to have fluid. Thanks in advance.

They might move id they were empty and had moved recently. I would put it in and see if it works. Jim
