Guys,

I need help seeing how the belts run. This super a pulley has 2 belt channels. Does the generator and water pump share a belt that goes to
fan or how is it?

The fan hub normally has a double pulley. The front groove is the wider of the two and the fan belt runs to it from the crankshaft pulley. If you have a water pump, it is driven by the same belt. Belt tension is adjusted by moving the fan hub up/down. The second (narrower) groove in the fan hub drives the generator belt. That belt is adjusted by moving the generator. The fan hub should be the only double pulley unless a special has been installed.

A longer than standard fan belt is required if you have a water pump.

Remember that the fan hub is loosened for adjusting by turning the shaft, not the nut on the back side.
