Calling Rustyfarmall

About your H with the 306 Woods, did you use the Farmall C mounts, and did you mount it a little offset, or reconfigure the mount to center the mower to the tractor?
Here is a pic of one I bought recently, I would like to center the mower if I can, but looks like it will be difficult. It was put on with the C mounts.

I bought the mower already mounted under an H. I had other plans for that H, so I mounted the mower under a different H. Mine is offset like yours in the picture. I thought about trying to change it, but the offset is handy for getting close the fence.

I can only assume that the mounts were intended for an H.

After I bought it, I looked on the Wood's sight, I could not find any listing for a belly mount for an H, only for the C.
I can see where it would be advantageous with the offset, but my trailer has fenders, the tractor will not fit with the mower that far over, and I would like to take it to shows when I get it fixed up. The pic is with a borrowed trailer.

I hauled mine home on a trailer with fenders. The mower ALMOST cleared the fender on the right side. Did scratch the paint on the fender a bit. I think I could have adjusted the lift chains enough to gain the clearance I needed but at the time I was not yet familiar with the mower, and didn't realize I could do that.

Slide the wheels in to 60 inch centers and there would be plenty of room on the trailer. No it will not tip over. We have all our tractors at 60 inch centers for 30 inch rows and never tipped on over yet. 806 856 no duals either.
