My IH 340 utility rear wheel rim - whats the difference

It’s a 12 x 28 6 loop outer rim that bolts to the inner wheel.

My question: is there any real difference between the rim my Case/IH dealer would order at a cost of $405 (stock # G45710), and the one Steiner etc. and Ebay sells at $170-$180 delivered (both stock # WHS013) – YT does not list any rear rims for IH340.

They may look a bit different.The loops will be different on the ones I've seen,but they seem to work. the dealer/OEM stuff is always higher.Why,I don't know.They probably BUY IT FROM THE SAME MFGER as Stieners,etc.

The rims were never manufactured by IH, always provided by outside sources, so they're pretty much built to a defacto industry standard. A 12x28 6-loop rim is a 12x28 6-loop rim the world around.
