Was plowing snow last week with my Super C with fast hitch, and a couple of times over the course of an hour or two the right touch control lever would sort of stick at the bottom: with the rocker arms to the rear. But I didn?t think too much about it, because it seemed like if I gave it a good couple of wiggles it would un stick itself and go back to working fine.
Today was plowing snow again, and she worked fine for an hour or so, up and down no problem and then all of a sudden I moved the lever to to the rear to drop the plow and she stuck firm and ain?t moving. Other lever and rocker arm work fine, as does the remote cylinder that raises the fast hitch in the back.
There is a lot of information on here about complete rebuilds, and about fixing hydraulics when nothing works, but couldn?t find anything on this problem.
I am willing to tear down the whole system and rebuild it, and plan on doing so eventually, but I would rather not do it right now if I can avoid it. Never gotten into the hydraulics system and it is gonna be a learning experience I kinda don?t have time for right now.
Any thoughts or guesses or random advice would be really welcome.
At least the plow is stuck in the down position so I could finish the driveway
