504 distributor adapter oil or grease?

Just replaced the distributor and adapter due to the rotor turning freely in several spots during rotation. The tractor now runs fine. The new parts came with no lubrication and no instructions. Need to know what kind of lubrication is supposed to be used here? Thank you.

I believe just a little grease. Put a zerk in the threaded hole and give it about 1/2 or little more pump of grease.
