Behlin power steering

I'm getting ready to install a Behlin power steering unit on my Farmall M. Does anyone have any pictures of the Behlin unit mounted by the steering wheel just in front of the steering post.

Thanks much in advance. Charlie U

If one piece input shaft with steering wheel mount on end I could get a picture tomorrow. Some used the same shaft coupling at the output that was used on the 300 to 450 tractors and some just a generic 7/8 shaft coupling. V shaped bracket mounted to two 3/8 bolt holes, one each on each side near rear of unit. Lower end mounted to steering post with a U bolt around the post just below light bar on some.

This picture is for a 400, it is probably
similar

Slater, I have the coupling for steering shaft figured out. I will look at my unit and try to figure out what you are talking about when you say V shape bracket. Using a u-bolt around the steering post makes since, easy to install and adjustable.

If you can get a picture or two that would be greatly appreciated. Charlie U

This bracket was from a unit I shortened shaft to install on a 350. That steering unit used the same body as a under hood 350. Some in front of steering post units were bigger around the gear part for a built in oil reservoir and used a pump at the ignition drive. Don't need the bracket if interested.

I have a unit with built in reservoir and I have the pump that I will be installing in front of the magneto. I would be interested in the bracket. Looks like it would make a nice clean installation. I thinking ahead about what was done with the throttle lever, looks like I may have to raise it up some to make things fit.
