I rapped it out from backside. It turned out the bushings were seized on throttle shaft! And the were turning in the bore with the shaft, it turned freely still- strange. and groove worn in them. No idea how in ran descent for awhile like that. did surge some. Anyways thanks for the advice will do good cleaning, try the napa filter, its part #3032. thanks again!
