240 utility side quick connects

I have a 240 utility and want to put a front plow on i am not sure on how the hydros are set up .It has two levers on the right side of the steering wheel the outer one is for the rear arms and there is an inner lever there are also remote quick connects on the right side of the valve body. Does the second lever control flow to the remote hook up that i can run a front cylinder off ??? I had to remove the inner lever because if you grabbed it by mistake it would blow the pump seal
Any info on this would be awsome

no expert here but I'd bet that inner lever is for those quick connects and I'd guess the seal blows because the relief on that valve is clogged or stuck.
