Curious if anyone knows what year or serial number break
That the h/m models went from 4 hole belt pulley drive to the thicker 8 hole drive?

Weird question just curious thanks!

Hey Eddie,

I'm definitely NOT Dave. But I think I can help a little. There is a serial # break at 19202 for the M. Don't know what all was changed. Also my 1940 M bought new by grandfather has the thin four hole flange. We also had SN 23269 with the 8 hole thick flange. Hope this helps.
