Farmall 130 governor rockshaft arm removal

I recently purchased a 1957 Farmall 130 and during the fuel system overhaul the governor rockshaft arm snapped at the carburetor linkage clevis. It appears that it will be a beast for a simple removal due to it's location. If anyone has any pointers in reference to a removal procedure advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Are you talking about the governor arm that connects to the carburetor throttle? It shouldn't be hard to get off, it has a screw at the bottom that tightens it on the shaft - and after some "persuasion" it should come off. Steiner has new ones, part number IHS672.

It is an aluminum / zinc die cast and will most likely not be stuck. May have to remove generator for access.
