F12 fuel pump

I have run into a problem with my F12 fuel pump. Many moons ago the rocker arm wore to the extent that the pump failed to work. The then owner remedied the problem by welding more material onto the rocker arm. He also added weld spots to each end of the rocker pin in place of the original circlips (I have managed to remove the pin). Unfortunately the amount of material added to the rocker arm is excessive. To remedy this, he added several more (home made) gaskets between the pump body and the engine block. I have been unable to locate a replacement rocker arm. Original AC part number was 855547. Original IHC part number was 23542D. Can anyone help locate a new (or good) arm or provide correct dimensions?
Many Thanks,

Try Rice equipment - if you google them they come up with a web site and phone number. Probably have to call as they have a lot of parts not listed on the web site.

SAD, I have never seen a fuel pump welded like yours. The correct way to fix the problem of worn fuel pump shaft is to build up the shaft it self with weld may be 1/16-1/8" than regrind it as needed. If you can find a replacement pump you will be fine. I do have one for sale on ebay. Where would you need it shipped to? I could check shipping costs.

Hi OldIron,
thank you! Shipping would be to Melbourne, Australia. My e-mail is open.
The pin itself does not look too worn. The hole in the rocker arm is badly worn.
Thanks,
