F-12 F H spokes

I have a nice set of F & H spoke rims 6 X 36 inch. These rims have a inner tube hole that is in the center of the rib between 2 spokes. Help!!! Where can I get a set of tubes for these? The normal tubes I can find are on the outside of the rim in the normal spot.

Weld that hole shut. Drill a new hole where it needs to be.
 
Or move the stem on the tube. (cut the existing stem off, patch the hole, cut a new hole and vulcanize on a new stem.)
 
Thanks for the input. Glad to know it can be and has been done. 2 tire shops didn't want to move the valve stem. They said putting on the new stem was not a issue, but plugging the old one was. The rims have been painted at the boby shop, I am not backing up and welding and drilling at this point in time. Thanks
 
Just use the new tubes as is, like DeltaRed did. Relocate the stem if the original tears off. It would probably be no harder to patch the original location later than it is now.
