IH farmall 656 3pt hitch detachted

Hello I have a IH farmall 656 on the 3pt hitch (left side of machine looking at rear) arm where it attaches to tractor come out away from machine and a shaft is visible haven't takin anything apart yet or blade implement off of tractor. Never seen this happen to a tractor not sure what I am looking at or what to do. please advise of procedures or a video

Sounds like the pin that attaches the arm to the tractor has either slid out or broke. Look at the right side and how the arm is
attached to the tractor. It will then become apparent what needs done on the left side.
