Disk leaves a crown

My fast hitch disk is leaving a crown
There is a way to adjust
Do I need to take or lower the prongs

Well i don't have a book on that and yes it can be taken out . First look and see if the gang stands are not bent back , next make sure that the ft. gang is almost touching each other . Now as for the back gang this is where the owners manual come in helpful on the settings . since i can not watch it working that is the only way i can see what it is doing and why it is doing this .
