826 PTO?

Used the 826 Hydro all summer. Part of the time it was on the discbine most of the time it was on a hydraulic drive rake. Parked it about 2 months ago, and went to use it yesterday to knock some weeds down that I hadn't gotten to earlier. PTO won't engage. I did finally get it to turn the rotary mower just a bit, but not enough to shred anything. The mower turns easy by hand, and all the linkages are moving on the PTO lever, that I can see. Is full of hydraulic oil.
I don't know what else to look at.

Ckeck pto pressure see what it is it mite the little pin my be broke on the control valve broken pressure is 260-300 psi or pto is weak and need rebuilt
